Sachelle Singleton
Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy
Available In-Person in Summerlin and Online Across Las Vegas

Sachelle Singleton is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who works with women and teenage girls who often feel like they are carrying too much emotionally with nowhere to release it. Many of her clients are functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
She chose to focus her work on women and teen girls because she is drawn to the unique challenges they often carry, especially around identity, self-worth, and the impact of social and relational pressures. In therapy, Sachelle Singleton helps clients slow down, understand their emotions, and explore where those feelings come from so they can begin to heal and live with more clarity and intention.
Her approach is warm and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients make sense of their internal world in a way that feels grounding and empowering.
She also offers EMDR therapy for clients who have experienced trauma and want support processing distressing experiences.
