Teen -Centered Therapy
Virtual Counseling for teen girls in Las Vegas & throughout Nevada
Her Path. Her Voice. Her Future.
Adolescence is one big transition. It is the bridge between who you were as a child and the woman you are becoming. It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed by the expectations placed on you by school, family, and social media.
I focus on these in-between years because I believe you deserve therapy that actually feels like it is for you, not a version of you that adults want to see.
I recognize that the support a sixteen year old needs looks different than the support for someone in their forties. My approach is intentionally designed to meet you exactly where you are.

-
Building Genuine Connection: You might be quick to spot someone who is not being authentic. I prioritize a relatable and honest relationship so you feel safe to open up without feeling judged or lectured.
-
Bridging the Gap: I help you navigate the natural push and pull between your growing need for independence and your need for support at home. We work on finding your voice so you can express what you truly need.
-
Focusing on Resilience: Our work goes beyond just talking about the why behind your feelings. We build practical, solution-focused skills that you can use in your real life to handle stress and move forward with confidence.
Parent Frequently Asked Questions
How does online therapy actually work for a teenager?
Most teen girls are digital natives and often feel more comfortable opening up from the safety of their own room. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that works on a phone, laptop or tablet. All she needs is a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Is online therapy safe if my daughter is struggling?
Online therapy is an excellent tool for many, but it is not a "one size fits all" solution. My practice is designed for girls who are stable in their daily lives but are struggling in areas such as peer and family relationships, internal overwhelm, anxiety, or identity.

I do not provide crisis intervention services. Since my practice is 100% virtual, I cannot provide the level of safety monitoring required for high-acuity needs. If your daughter is experiencing active self-harm or suicidal ideation, you will be better served by an in-person provider, a local emergency room, or an intensive outpatient program (IOP) where safety can be managed more closely.
How involved will I be in my daughter’s therapy?
I believe in a "privacy-first with partnership" approach. Your daughter needs to feel that her sessions are a private space to be honest. However, I value your insight as a parent. I maintain open communication with parents to provide updates on progress and offer guidance on how to best support your daughter at home.
Why are you an "Out-of-Network" (Cash-Pay) provider?
By not contracting directly with insurance companies, I am able to prioritize your daughter's privacy and clinical needs.
-
Insurance often requires a formal diagnosis and can limit the number of sessions allowed.
-
Private pay ensures that her mental health records remain confidential.
How long does the process take?
Every "path" is different. Some girls find relief after a few months, while others benefit from longer-term therapy as they navigate the transitions from high school to college or work. We will check in regularly to ensure the work remains helpful and relevant.
